To me, people skills is the second most important set of skill to have (the first is self-awareness). I truly love people dearly. As such, I focus on sharing with you skills that involve thinking about the needs of other people and how to put their needs even above yours. Good people skills start from a place of compassion and gratitude. Compassion here refers to finding something you truly like about that person and genuinely captivate a positive sense of energy toward that person. Gratitude refers to being thankful for everything positive in your life and the opportunities that you have had. By feeling grateful, you are much more likely to help others because you remember that someone has helped you. So when you first approach a stranger with two things your heart: that you like them and with a willingness to help them, then you are already on a good path to build a great relationship.
